That'd be the day I see the golden tuna. To get it you have to do a series of quests and have a level 100 beginner. It has a 90% rate to ohko 1999 att, 777 accuracy 777 avoid 40/23 speed/jump and 10% to freeze, stun, darkness, etc.......
