Okay, Loose and I did some testing, and we found these out:
Others see the same pattern as the user.
LUK and STR daggers both do it.(Used Cass and Reef)
Whether or not a shield is equipped does not matter.
It occurs whether you are a STR or LUK Bandit.
I may be forgetting some, but these are the big ones.
