A lot of skils use "alert" animations (which can be cancelled on ropes, hence why some buffs are faster on rorpes) and other things to slow them down. Just about every archer skill uses the standard "shoot" animation, so I assume Ultimate Strafe does the same.
In that case, can we get gMS delays to compare?
