[1.2.323] (2) Moar Skill Balancing

Bishops out do even Archmages when it comes to training speed whether it be solo or party, this is because of available mobs at higher levels. Anyway I have both and I accept that Bishops are a support class.

Most of the mobs were changed drastically, and I believe chief oblivion guardians are the new highest level mob, so, I think AMs still have the upper hand.
