Lv21~30: 6 hits
Current Savage Blow:

Lv21~30: 6 hits
New Savage Blow (MSBB):
Lv1~30: 6 hits
It's not the RoA patch that makes SB hit 6 times at all levels, it's the MSBB patch that does.
