And % equips add to a total +%, which is applied after gear. It wouldn't make any sense the other way around. +% Weapon Attack would add absolutely nothing.

so you are saying that after ur first equip add 6% luk the next % equip will add 6% more including the bonuse from the previous 6%?

I.e. 6% of the 106% luk from the first equip

btw do you have prof about how % equips add after taking account for the equips
