Training on mobs higher leveled than you is not viable: Even for classes like Bowmen and Gunsligners. Dexless Warriors will have no trouble hitting anything their level or lower, so I don't see any point in adding Dex.

Mages seem to have something different going for them. Not much information on that, though.

I think Nexon announced full SP and AP resets. I skimmed. I can't find it, so ignore that.
