New Exp Curve

Exp is adjusted.
If youre ahead, you'll level.
But you cant go past a level and 99%

With the last curve adjustment, I was at 99.98% after the patch. You do not level as a result of this, if your exp was over what it takes to level you are automatically put at 1 exp below the needed amount to level. They aren't going to compensate for all the exp that you ever had to adjust to this new curve just as they didn't for the last one.
