I like ToT because the spawn is slow, lightly packed, and fire weak mobs mean a 495%, 330% plus Elements, will own them. <3



So level 1, which has 6% damage screws over all your elemental attacks?

It would increase it by 1.06 times. So instead of Cooling Effect doing 130%, it'll do ~137%

In other words, the damage bonus is a multiplier.
