[1.2.321] Skill Balancing - Edelstein & Leben

I totally did not see a 20% increase in my HP while i maxed that skill.

Edit: I just checked my marauders HP compared to marauders at the same level under the old system...i have like 500-800 less HP than they do. 2.8k at level 72, while most other players have 3.3-3.5k.

Uh....... this is incredibly discouranging. What's going on? You had ~100 more HP than the average Brawler at 50, and now you're having an incredible HP deficit. I don't wanna lose HP from this update!
