Level 110 Equips drop from regular mobs now (KMST)

You have to zoom in really far to actually see the outline of the "1" in the middle. This is why I always prefer "Alt+Print Screen", I play in Window, over "Scroll Lock" for this very reason lol

Also it's about time the 110 equips started dropping. I bet reverse equips will start dropping from mobs in a matter of time, before you know it, and not just from PB.
