New Formulas Simplified

Now we need to find out which of the two is calculated first. Can anyone tell me where there's a monster that has a high PDRate that isn't a boss?

Errrr...even Snails have 10% PDRate..
I find almost all of the non-boss monsters have 10% PDRate..but the bats only have 5%..
mob 8120100~8120102 have 20% PDR..
Bosses have 25% PDR..I’ve not seen an exception.

Nexon fools us once more.They haven't changed the PAD of mobs' attack skill. Or they forgot that?

I'm trying to figure out the function how to convert the old PAD to new PAD.
