Basically, it's a new Resistance job that use a mount. The mount can transform in many things.
Another thing i'd like to point out is this:
Edelstein city (the first icon) will probably be the city for Resistance job. Leben Mine (the second one) is an unknown place. A new high leveled area maybe?

Im guessing Leben mine will be something like their training area and such.
