This is a very annoying one that has caused me lots of frustrations now 'cause it's a habit. Open up the Guild/Party/Buddy List window with any command key, then keep pressing Tab to get to different menus. Once you get to Black List, instead of tabbing back to Buddy List like in previous versions, the game crashes. Every time.
