There's a new neo city daily quest that gives you a pocketwatch for killing like 10 beetles and 10 dual beetles, you can get a medal for completing the mushroom castle quests, you can get a medal for getting 150 wins in cpq (though I heard this was glitched), and all the cooperative pqs were changed in various ways, like lpq stage 6 giving exp now. I haven't done any party quests since the patch, so I don't really know about them.
