The people on Basil weren't threatened to be KSed, they just got enough negative feedback on the idea that they decided to leave it as it is. Sure there might be some more drama on SW, but the schedule is working fine the way it is right now. Sure neither site is an "official" Nexon site but the one on SW has been around for years. People are resistant to change. Couple this with the fact that SP doesn't have as many members as SW does (yet), so not as many people would have knowledge of the site let alone another zakum schedule. Having a schedule for new servers (aka Yellonde) might be a good idea if it's not already established elsewhere, but if it's already up it's probably not best to fix something that's not broken unless you're just looking for more drama, which is really all just what you're looking for according to your post.
