Let's face it, Night Lords will have 55% crit rate, 5% higher than now, and with SE that's 70% crit chance.

They also have improved mastery (@ 65% vs. whatever TT and L7's was).

Edit: Also, looks like Endure was removed in favor of the +10% HP skill.
