...does that mean Southperry IS an official Nexon site? And either way, unless it's a true schedule posted from Nexon, no one officially HAS to respect it because it can't truly be enforced.
In addition, less people visit Southperry (I'm pretty sure) and thus less would follow this schedule.

Thats plain stupid, isnt Kill Stealing againts ToS? If so, why is people bitching about breaking the rules with Big Foot, and not when they decide to KS others?
There's a thing called a report button in-game. While it might not work as well as you want it to, it's all you can do. And people do peach about when people KS them, much like what you're (indirectly?) doing at the moment.
