Buccaneers can now truly do Gomu Gomu no Gatling/Jet Galting.

I'm not sure what to say about Demolition now, because with Barrage's 0 delay Barrage seems to do more damage overall.
CSB is now simply a normal rush. That's okay with me, because if they removed invincibility frames during the rushing I'd be pissed off.
8k HP at 129?! Using Shikage's Viper's HP at 130 (~6.5k) it's a 1,500 HP different. However, at 129 unwashed Buccaneers only have as much HP as a 97 Crusader. Compartively, an unwashed warrior at 129 would have ~10.671 HP. Brawlers are still ~25% behind on warriors in terms of sheer HP, but now that the sheer numbers are bigger that 25% difference will really show.
