[1.2.320] Consolidated source of revamp

Has HP washing become unusable? Also does that 2nd stat accuracy apply for all classes? Are they really saying archers need str to have better accuracy?

Just tested, you can still HP wash. I just put a point in HP on my slinger and got 40 HP with it, lost 16 MP when I took it out.
