STR:ATT Ratio Formula (Warriors)?

You misunderstood. Total str / total weapon attack = how much str = 1 w.att.

I don't understand how that can be an estimator. I tried juggling numbers but only arrived at sx = ay, where s is Str, a is attack, x and y are the addition to s and a, respectively. I was using the Polearm / Spear formula.
