Well, if you look at the 3rd and 4th one, there's like a small gun's cannon below the controls. Like if the character put the gun in there. Maybe this job actually uses gun (I'd love that, so I could use my +9% attack, +6% dex gun) and inserts it inside the robot, so that will determine the weapon damage.
