Archmages/Bishops in GMS today normally max their ultimate first for training purposes.
*Gen 30 is an exception but thats due to the d/c situtation*

If nexon were to just introduce the cooldown and say tough luck, I can see alot of the am/bishop
population quitting. Not to mention those who left from the cooldown announcement earlier.
