The new C-2 / any level 50 ~ 80ish training spot?

Not even with a ton of dex a lot of potential items?

I don't see a point of slash blast now that warriors get ground smash. That unless ground smash gets a delay.

Well, most skills get replaced at some point. In 4th job, heroes replaced power strike, which was the main attack skill, with Brandish. Though they can do that in 3rd job in this patch, slash blast just gets replaced by ground smash now. Not too uncommon, no?
