The time of 1H Heroes have finally come to KMS with the Potential scrolls.
Level 70+ Shield + Around 15% STR Potential will do enough to do similar damage with GMS attack shields.
EDIT: This is only effective for high leveled Heroes due to the lack of STR in early levels.
