Ahh I forgot to check how much EXP it gives. I went to try out what Cactuar said.

Heres the results.
I dont think it made much of a difference.

I also noticed something strange. Maybe it's because my weps give me +3% DEX.
But this is me without all my equips except weapons

Seems like I get hurt less with weapons. But of course, could've just varied.
