If you go hunting Wolf Spiders (each ilbi gets you about 8K nx by selling scrolls), you'll be able to reset poison brace back into MPE. However, if you dump the third job points into MPE, when you reset it, you won't be able to bring it back to PR.
I estimate it'll take 8 ilbis to reset all your brace points into MPE. A worthy trade in my opinion. 8 ilbis = 64 hours of wolf spiders. If you have enough patience, you CAN gain back MPE.
This is also the reason I tell people not to max brace. By saving about 35 hours of training, it'll take 64 hours to reset.
