I don't think it works with magic attacks.
But the damage is quite good.
Basically how it works is you use it and a star thing will be stationed where you stood.
And yea, lightning will hit the monster that you got touched from

Whats its range? Can you run around the map? Do you get less dmg? Like running into bf for fun. Can you test for magic attack effective-ness? Bossing capabilities? With no range can you stand on zak and throw TT?
