Level 30: MP -55; Normal attack 80%, summoned with basic attack 50% for 180 seconds

Yeha seems to be 40%.

Take a look at these 2 SS:

If we assume the 27K is a SP damage(40% of actual), and the range is the same in both SS's, then it amounts to basically ~250% per star. (I used an average between min and max range).
Then again, it assumes that the window still shows the samel range and not the L7 range.
