[1.2.318] [KOR] Adventurer Skill Revamps

Shadow Resistance's description sounds interesting:

Level 20: Max HP 10%, 20% resistance to the state over all property, 10% increase in resistance.

Does that mean NL's get a 10% HP increase on our base HP?

I'm 99% sure that's exactly what it means. All thieves get it.
