and omg this is going to make my skill parser sooooo much more simple.

EDIT: Also, it's not a 40 second cooldown at all levels. It's:

Cooldown = 60-2*d(x/2)

So at level 30:

Cooldown = 60 - 2 * 15
Cooldown = 30 seconds
