That's what I figured. 123 seconds is ridiculously long, and should be good enough for most of 3rd Job now...unless you want to save a little more money. x.x
Yeah I was asking whether maxing Assaulter or [insert skill name] right after maxing BoT is better. I've got a few builds in mind (I love constructing builds):

Reasons: Assaulter is now stronger than Savage Blow per use, and its delay time has been shortened. Getting Assaulter maxed ASAP to replace Savage Blow as a 1v1 damage dealer could prove beneficial. SP is added to ME to unlock Pickpocket, which is brought up to skill level 11 for 120 sec duration which is good enough to complement training with BoT coupled with ME. ME is then maxed to improve damage. Pickpocket is then brought to 16 for 180 sec duration, and MG is maxed to also give it a 180 sec duration (and 61% meso consumption). Remaining SP added to Chakra.
Maxed MG before Assaulter (I like to call this the Terrorist :p):
ME/Assaulter 1
Assaulter/ME 1
Chakra 3
MG 1
BoT 30
ME 3
Pickpocket 11
ME 30
MG 20
Assaulter 30
Pickpocket 16

Reasons: ME and Pickpocket are obtained right after BoT to complement training. MG is then maxed to give it a 180 sec duration and lower meso consumption. Assaulter is then maxed for an improved 1v1 prowess, followed by 16 Pickpocket and 25 Chakra.
Note: I always start off with 1 Assaulter and 1 ME because I like playing around with them :p Assaulter for mobility, and ME just in case I'm needed to bomb...oh I don't know...Frankenroid?
