Battleship's New Formula

Seriously, what is the new formula? I did a small test, but I'm sure it's inaccurate because of my level. From what I got, it looks like it's around 3000 per level. All I did was just sit in a corner, had a skele hit me for 3000 each time, and then counted the pot use. Can someone around 120 figure it out?
