Didn't we see these long ago? I remember commenting on how stupid it was. You don't get exp from sitting on it, it STORES exp, and you get the exp gradually when you start sitting.
It was something like, for a set amount of time you get no experience from monster kills, but then when you sit down, you slowly get that experience you missed out on. In other words, it's just for hene-hoes who want to look cool in Henesys, so they train enough to level, then make their way back and level while in town.
Or something like that. I believe that's how these chairs worked. Only real use I can think of for them is if you can't make it to a 2x exp event, so you train before it starts and then get the 2x during the event. That's assuming 2x exp alters the chair exp.
