This looks like Multiplayer tho since in one of the pics you see multiple hero circles on top. and in the short time we had to see it in the preview of games coming out before december you see some sort of map on top of the screen.
Edit: after watching the patapon 2 ending which i havent finished yet i think this game involves using 4 heros or something like that.
