Not just 'poison damage'. Specifically, HP-based damage/time skills. Mist, Brace, Comp, FD, ID, Web.
They'd either just disable their effect (most likely) or reduce them in some way, like making these skills calculate damage as if BF had 100k HP instead of however much it has.
