So if it would take such a big improvement to one hit skele with torp then I don't think ele boost would be worth it if you can already 100% one hit cannon/ 2 hit torp.
I am tempted to put more points in hypnotize then, doing things like hypnotizing your very own iron hog champion in pig beach is really far more entertaining than it should be <.<
