80, actually. There are two quests. 1. raise a brand new character from 1 to 50 to get the rings, or raise a pre-existing Adv class character to 50 and then 30 more levels to 80 for the rings.

If that's the case, could I make an account full of level 1 characters before the patch night, and just level them to 31 to get the rings?
