I was gonna reply earlier, but got sidetracked with everything. Anyhow, have you considered getting dual masteries? WMs have so much spare SP flying around.
If you're built for PVE, I don't think lv 20 ashe fork is necessary. Those points could be put into mastery, so you can switch around your weapons depending on the situation. Draw sword also isn't a must max since it's mostly a poke, but if you like it don't listen to me.
And how about great swords? Those have great bonuses as well (super armored sst, stun guard, same charge crash shockwave).
The 2nd hit of saber draw sword is weaker.
