+X% Weapon Attack

I'm not sure if the damage formula is correct. I got it from Insoya. I might not have the right concept either.
Fix me if I'm wrong.

Damage formula for Xbows:
(Total STR + Total DEX * 3.6) * Total W.ATT / 100

Max damage: 6221
Total STR: 127
Total DEX: 851
Total W.ATT: 184 (Disregard the %

If the % only affects the weapon's W.ATT
134 + 8.04 = 142.04
Disregard the decimals, so 142.
Now, total W.ATT is 192.
127 + 851 * 3.6) * 192 / 100
= 6125.952
6125 =/= 6221

If the % affects the total damage (range)
(127 + 851 * 3.6) * 184
= 5870.704
Disregard the decimals, so 5870.
+6% from here:
5870 * 1.06
= 6222.2
6222 =/= 6221

If the % affects the total W.ATT
Add 6% to 184.
184 + 11.04 = 195.04
(127 + 851 * 3.6) * 195 / 100
= 6221.67
