Corsair's Elemental Boost?

It's currently 4 secs at level 1 and 5 secs at level 16. With the update it'll be 5 secs at level 1 and 7 secs at level 16.

maxed is fun tho people say its crap and dont waste ur points but i would totallllly suggest going it before liek Air strike, much more effective in training i found. say u need to freeze a mob then cannon a monster 2 times ur cannon deals on average 65K damage... and ur lvl 1 elemental boost does say..... 10K.... you would nearly never kill em with 1 cannon butttt if you got maxedout elemental boost you could be looking at upwards of 20-30K freeze shots and that coupled with ur say 65K cannons.. you would be looking @ ohkoing with cannon a lot more who needs a weak ass mob of birds who take 4-5(4-5 nexon seconds) to respawn and ur going to max out boost in the end anyways cause hypnotize is total crap
