[1.2.317] Critical Skill

Assuming Tornado now works how it was supposed to, its old form seems like an odd mistake. You'd think you have to go out of your way to make a skill add m-attack.

I don't know Korean but I imagine it went something like this:
"Jim, Tornado should have about 400 magic attack."
"Okay Tom."
