Predictions on the Crimsonwood Keep expansion?

or maybe a quest involving the Headless Horseman, and turning LeFay back into a person?

Is that possible? This is a static NPC world as issac said, i don't think you can have an NPC pop after doing something like that. Maybe have her in a restricted map though...
