Weren't the magnifying glasses buyabe from an NPC anyways? As for the potential scrolls, I'm sure it'll be a common enough drop that any monster can drop them, so I wouldn't be too worried about high prices. Jacked up prices the first few weeks, yes. Afterwards? I don't expect higher than ~1m for potential scrolls, probaby 10m+ for the advanced versions that drop from Zakum/HT/Pink Bean.
