10 att WGs would probably be useless. Toss a few 60% glove att on a lvl 80+ glove, get even 6 att, then you have the chance to get up to THREE of the STAT+9%s . Possibly even 15att WGs wouldn't be as good. WGs are only able to get three +3%s.
SCGs are more likely to be fine if they're over 13 att. I think they can get upto three +6%s. STAT+18% and 13 att still wouldn't be as good as stat+27% att +6 (landing 3/5 att scrolls).
Also, it'd be much easier on the money to try and use enhancers on the easily replaceable gloves. So regular high level gloves will be VERY popular.
