This is simply impossible with GMS' current equips. To hit that kind of damage, you'd need an upper range of around ~36,000 which is absolutely ridiculous. The highest clean range for a hero that I've seen is around 13,500. I'm sure with the new scrolling system this will be possible, but right now? Hell no.
