It's not like it costs 1.5 billion, and the only way to get that much meso is selling items to other players. You can make 45mil just by selling to the NPCs.
The NPC price for equipment was changed to 1/10 as the drop rate was increased by 10x.
There's not much difference with the previous normal price and drop rate.
I get at least 1 equip per minute or two during training, so I still think the 10x is better. I can't go long before filling up my Equip. slot and NPCing them. I tend to toss them.
