I think he means +6%/+6%/+6% on the PAC (best possible) would be beaten by +9%/+9%/+9% on a high level cape, cause a 9% higher stat boost is bigger than some amount of w.atk.
As a warrior in GMS, I have an advantage.

If I can identify one of these for a good +%str I'm pretty much set.
I am kinda curious about the rate of Rare/Epic/Uniques though - that 45mil +21% earring indicates that the uniques are fairly likely to happen, if it's already so cheap. All the items in that shop seem to be Uniques.
