Ok, so to my knowledge there are 2 new scrolls.
One is used after "Identifying" an item with a Magnifying glass, and then doing something with this scroll to grant some sort of bonus.
If that is right, would someone explain which scroll it is that does this, what stats are taken into consideration when using the scroll (IE does it choose a random stat to increase on the gear), which pieces of gear this scroll can be used on, and if it's the scroll that applies the %'s?
The other one is the one that can only be used on gear with 0 slots. Is this the gear reinforcement scroll, or the thing with stars? What stats can this scroll give? Are the stats given random? Does this scroll give %'s?
Basically I really need to know if my scrolled gear is gonna become junk when these scrolls hit GMS.
