I also just found the time to watch this.
Oh man.
What a trip. The Angels were particularly glorious. (And the fanservice, just right.) I've got that familiar feeling of "I love what's going on, and I think I know what's going on, but at the same time I'm pretty sure I don't know what's going on". I think I'll be muttering "Oh, bullsh'it" in the next two movies an awful lot.
Mari needed more screen time. I dig her, but she felt tacky and largely unnecessary.
I'd be okay with a 5th movie.
